Insurance
At this time Renewed Hopes Counseling LLC does not participate with any insurance providers. Some insurance plans offer reimbursement for counseling expenses. Please check with your provider regarding reimbursement for “out of network” counseling expenses.

Payment
For ease of payments, all payments are billed and invoiced through the Simple Practice portal. You can check your account at any time and get updates on billing monthly.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
