I am a Licensed Behavioral Specialist and Masters-Level Clinician working towards licensure in PA, with 10+ years of experience working with all age groups from toddler to adult. I have varied experiences and have worked in multiple settings. I specialize in adult/ teen mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management, grief, loss, trauma; pregnancy & infant loss, and healing from abuse.

With children under the age of 10, I utilize Play Therapy. This type of therapy has proven especially helpful for children with ADHD, anxiety, anger management deficits, or disruptive behaviors. It encourages children to build on interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills. It provides empowerment by senses and observations, increasing self-awareness, and allowing freedom and spontaneous expressions of feelings.

Whether through talk therapy or play therapy, I utilize is a person-centered approach which includes increasing self-awareness, improving the ability to use self-direction to make desired changes, increasing clarity, improving self-esteem, and boosting self-reliance.

My goal is to provide a safe and accepting place where you will grow and learn to recognize strengths and develop new strategies to improve your overall quality of life.
