Pre-licensed Counselor, Certified Spiritual Director
I believe everyone has an innate and vital need to be seen, heard, valued, and understood. But in today’s fast-paced society these are qualities that have become all too easily overlooked and ignored. My goal for each and every one of my clients is to provide a place where they feel safe, supported, and validated enough for them to begin their journey of self-discovery, as they learn to identify their emotional needs and seek to achieve their personal goals.
Yet moving forward is not always easy. Change is a choice that requires trust in the face of uncertainty and often involves pain and discomfort in moving toward health. I’m a Clinical Chaplain trained in trauma and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, and I’ve worked with those struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
Along with this, I’m also a pastoral counselor who provides couples therapy and premarital counseling. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they brave difficult paths of change, and provide them with the necessary resources to recognize their own strengths in the process of healing. If you’re ready to start making changes for your health but don’t know where to begin, I am here for you, and I am genuinely excited to accompany you on your journey toward emotional wholeness.
