Bonnie Gross
Counselor Intern
Life may have given you challenges to navigate, but you don’t have to face them by yourself. Together we can do this! My role as your counselor is to walk beside you, to hold a safe and supportive space where you feel understood, encouraged, and guided to move toward the changes you want for your life. You are not alone. I will see you, hear you, and walk your healing journey with you.
Life can be deeply challenging at times, but I believe these struggles are part of our human journey. It is often through hardship that we discover resilience, gratitude, and the possibility of a life rich with meaning, growth, and fulfillment.
I work primarily with adults navigating the complexities of life after 30, including relationship struggles, grief and loss, identity questions, anxiety, and depression. I also have a passion for supporting adoptees who are struggling with identity, belonging, and finding their place in the world. In addition, I walk alongside parents of children with autism as they manage stress and strengthen family dynamics, and I support individuals navigating co-parenting after divorce.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential perspectives. That means our work together will be unique to you—sometimes focused on practical tools for coping, other times on deeper reflection and meaning.
Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk with you as you discover strength, gratitude, and hope for your next chapter.
